About the CEO

Hello Adventurers! My name is Danielle Garland, CEO of Boundless Adventures Travel Co.

My love of travel started as a child and continued into adulthood with my first international trip! Since then, I've assisted family and friends by completing in-depth research to find the perfect adventure that meets their vibe and budget.

Do you charge a fee?

Yes. There is a $25 non-refundable research fee for custom trips, up to 6 people. I will complete in-depth research for one destination and provide up to 3 customized travel packages (accomodation only), based on your needs. If needing to add flights to your package, there is an additional $10 per person ticketing fee domestic flights and $20 per person ticketing fee for international flights.

Why do you charge a fee?

The research fee is to cover time spent planning, researching and organizing to make this your best trip yet! You will also receive a detailed itinerary and support throughout the duration of you trip, should any issues arise.

Is travel insurance required?

While travel insurance is not required, it is highly recommended. Because travel can be unpredictable, you want to ensure that you are protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances. All clients denying travel protection are required to sign a waiver.

What areas of travel do you specialize in?

While I am able to accommodate many travel needs, I primarily serve couples and solo travelers interested in all-inclusive and non all-inclusive vacations in Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as all-adult cruises on Virgin Voyages. I can also assist with accommodations for families and small groups. I do not book travel with the United States,

What are your hours of operation?

While inquiries and emails can be sent at anytime, responses will be limited to the following work hours:

Monday - Friday: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm CT

Saturday: 11 am - 2:30 pm CT

Boundless Adventures Travel Co is closed on Sundays.

Do you reserve AirBnB properties?

Boundless Adventures Travel Co does not work with consumer to consumer properties through AirBnB. However, we do offer a wide variety of villas through our our many supplier partners that have been vetted.

Are passports required for travel?

Yes! A valid passport book (not passport card) is required for international travel. In most places, your passport must be valid for atleast 6 months after dates of travel. A passport is required to book, you must have it before your travel dates. Please consult with the US Department of State website to begin the application process and view processing times:

Why do you no longer include flights with vacation deals?

In accordance with the new Department of Transportation (DOT) airline rule, we will no longer be facilitating direct flight bookings on behalf of our clients. Instead, we will provide flight options and assist you in finding suitable flights. You will then be directed to the airline's website or booking platform to make your flight reservation independently.
